Virginia Democrats Face Backlash for Mocking Charlie Kirk Assassination
Prominent Virginia Democrats exposed for mocking or celebrating beloved conservative influencer’s brutal death

Conservatives on social media have pushed for a wave of accountability in the aftermath of the gruesome murder of conservative influencer Charlie Kirk, identifying people across the country who have celebrated or mocked his death.

While the people who have lost their jobs include non-political figures such as teachers and people who work for sports teams, some elected officials and political figures have also been exposed.

Individuals who have been exposed for mocking or celebrating Kirk’s death in Virginia include a staffer for Democratic Senator Mark Warner, a school board member, a finance director for a liberal PAC, and a dispatcher for the Virginia Marine Police, among numerous others.

Katie Pillis, a Casework Operations Coordinator for Senator Mark Warner questioned if Kirk’s family would reconsider their stance on gun control before even knowing for certain if Kirk had expired.

The Finance Director for Rural Ground Game, a Democrat-aligned PAC in Virginia, made numerous posts mocking and celebrating the death of Kirk, including a retweet calling his gruesome murder “objectively funny”. (RELATED: Congress Erupts into Chaos Over Prayer for Charlie Kirk)

Chesterfield County School Board member Dot Heffron, who endorsed Democratic Gubernatorial candidate Abigail Spanberger joined in on the praise, harkening back to a time when people “used to be okay with shooting Nazis.”

The Republican Party of Virginia called out Jasmine Frye after her Facebook profile allegedly listed her as a Spanberger campaign staffer. The controversy intensified when Republican Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears shared screenshots that appeared to show Frye’s social media account, where she reportedly commented, “F around and find out. His entire brand was hate and violence; you attract what you preach.”

In what might be the most concerning incident, a dispatcher for the Virginia Marine Police viciously attacked Kirk less than a day after his tragic death, calling him a ‘genocide denier’ and saying that she had no empathy for him in a repost by a page titled ‘Trans Army’.

While posts have continued to trickle in mocking Kirk’s death, many have taken accountability measures into their own hands, with dozens or hundreds of people losing their jobs as a result of their social media posts. (RELATED: Spanberger Words, Votes, Come Back to Haunt Her on Trans Issues)
